APACE is sold as a single site LAN installation, with prices as follows:

 

Up to 5 users  £1949 + VAT

 

6 - 10 users    £2299 + VAT

 

11 - 15 users  £2649 + VAT

 

16 - 20 users  £2999 + VAT

 

For each 5 additional users (or part thereof) £350 + VAT

 

Purchase price includes a set of manuals and one year’s maintenance contract. Should you require us to provide one day’s on-site support for installation, staff training and advanced APACE training for managers and administrators there will be a further charge of £500 + VAT.

 

Maintenance consists of email, fax and telephone support, plus any new releases of the APACE software during the year.

Subsequent years’ maintenance costs are 20% of the initial purchase price plus any RPI that may be added.
